To qualify for PG&E assistance, must be Southeast Asian refugee and provide the following: 

                Have a 48 hours notice 
                Social security (all family members) 
                Rent receipt 
                Income verification 
                And apply directly at FCNA 

To qualify for food assistance, must be Southeast Asian refugee and victim of the any of the following: 

                Cut off from cash assistance 
                Cut off from food assistance 
                Disaster (fire, flood, tornado, etc.) 
 

All assistance will be only one time per family service.
