Fresno Center for
New Americans

Fresno Center for New Americans (FCNA) was incorporated as a non-profit organization in 1991.  In 1995, FCNA merged with Refugee Resource Center which has formed in 1988.  It is one of the oldest Southeast Asian refugee relief organizations and is been inclusive, rather than ethnic-group specific, serving as apolitical common ground in specific in the Southeast Asian refugees, increasing awareness, access to public utilities, social services, acculturation programs and community health education projects, including tobacco cessation and prevention.
